about
Born of Latvian parents in 1950 in Adelaide, South Australia. Parents ran a Latvian shop in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, between 1954 – 1982. I have been a Latvian book illustrator. Since 1987 I have been screen-printing Latvian embroidery designs onto cotton tea-towels. From around 2016 I started to cut Latvian symbols into lino and then printed on fabric – making these designs part of oven gloves, mittens and aprons and printing on T-shirts as well. I continue to screen-print the embroidery designs onto tea-towels. Some of the Latvian symbols have been made via laser-cutting 3D printing. I’m open to doing other ethnicity designs. Just contact me at latvian.decor@gmail.com please. I am currently based in Gawler, South Australia. Also available are glass beer mugs with the Latvian symbols of Sun.
I am also a gifted palm-reader and numerologist which I have been doing since 1992 both as individual readings and for corporate functions. I started off in the Adelaide Central Market 1992-1999. Since then I have been in the following locations: Gypsy Rose in Semaphore, Birkenhead Tavern, Joy of Flora Cafe in West Croydon and most recently Gawler River Brewing. I have participated in large fairs, most notably at Morphettville. I offer party plan too, in a public venue of the client’s choice, by mutual agreement. In addition I offer instruction in the use of LABYRINTHS as meditation tools helping you see your way through difficult situations. My business name for these activities is KONNEKT-HEART-2=HEART. Find me on Facebook.
